Herbaceous plant whose leaves and stem have aromas reminiscent of those of the lemon.
It is usually eaten in the form of infusion and is effective against the symptoms of colds and flu. Lemongrass relieves digestive disorders, flu States, fever, mental fatigue, joint and rheumatic pain. It also helps to act against insomnia, stress and anxiety.
It can be used in the kitchen to flavour crudités, salads, Marinades (meat, fish), soups, etc.
For 250ml, allow approximately 10 sticks to brew for 7 to 10 minutes in water between 70 and 80deg C.
